Winter, I'm sure, is a hard time to be a newborn baby. Who would have though that such a little nose could get so stuffy, such a little tummy could get so sick, and such little eyes look so tired. When I would get sick as a child my mom would let me wrap up in a blanket on the couch and watch T.V. I always thought it was nice not to be cooped up in a bed alone. Even though Emery has been awake for about 2 hours a day since she has been sick, i think she enjoyed her little area i arrange for her as much as I liked to curl up on the couch. Instead of T.V she got the lap top beside her playing music and I opened the blinds so she could look outside. She seemed to like it. What a cutie..JPG)

awww - you are such a cute mom! i love that yo made her a little comfy place to chill and listen to music while she slept her life away :) hope she gets feeling better soon and holy crappers - she is getting so big! such a cutie!!!
ReplyDeleteSick, Sick, Sick, BLAH! I hate having sick little one because there really isn't much you can do for them and their little sniffles and coughs are so tiny and sad. Good work keeping her spirits up with a little music and a good view. I will have to try that with my boys!
